Class Supplies

Ms. Hunter’s  Supply List



I know how busy this time of year is and I want to help make it easier. I am asking for a $30 donation to cover each student’s supplies. This way I can get all the supplies purchased and labeled before students come back to school. You can pay at Q1 during Back to School Night or online here: ONLINE PAYMENTS marking “other” and typing Hunter’s Supplies.


NOTICE: The items on this list will be used during the regular school day. They may be brought from home on a voluntary basis, otherwise they will be furnished by the school.



  • 1 set of durable headphones that can last all year  (Please label with student’s name)

  • Extra Sturdy plastic pocket folder with prongs and clear front pocket

  • 1 yellow plastic pocket folder with prongs 

  • 1 Primary journal.  Please ensure they have lines on the bottom half and room for illustrations on the top.

  • 4-6 FINE point Black Expo dry erase markers

  • 4-6 CHISEL tip Black Expo dry erase markers

  • 2 packs of LARGE Crayola crayons (8 count or more)

  • Water bottle-reusable (Please label with student’s name)

  • My First Tri-Write Ticonderoga pencil (Big triangular writing pencils)

  • 4 glue sticks

  • 2-3 large boxes of tissues

  • Antibacterial wipes or baby wipes

  • 1-2 rolls of paper towels

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Box of bandaids

  • Sandwich, quart, or gallon  ziploc bags

  • Small toys for prize box (NO food items)



OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

  • Extra headphones

  • 3mm lamination sheets

  • Watercolor paint set

  • Paint brushes

  • Sidewalk chalk

  • Stamp ink pads (variety of colors)

  • Dot markers

  • Paint sticks

  • Stickers

  • Sheet protectors

  • Yarn or ribbon

  • Paper lunch bags

New Pick Up Procedures

  To help improve student pick up for our kindergarteners in front of the school, we are going to make a few slight adjustments.  In addition to the gate we have been using, we will begin opening the gate east of the portable. We will then have all the kindergarten students stand in front of the portable in a “Kindergarten Zone” marked with cones. We ask that parents stand outside of the area to allow room for the students and teachers. Once you have seen your child’s class exit the gate and enter the Kindergarten Zone, you are invited to approach the area and pick up your child. THIS INCLUDES LIBRARY DAYS! Pick up will always be in the Kindergarten Zone! Carpool students will continue to meet in the back and load from the left side of the vehicle. Pick up

 Hello everyone! We decided to make things easier for you, and just have the same pickup spot everyday. This means that we will always have you pick up your kiddos at the Kindergarten Zone, right by our classroom. We decided it was too much of a change for our students to have to change where they are picked up, and some students are picked up by siblings.  Basically, unless your child is carpool or daycare, we will always have you pick them up in front of the portables by the cones we set up. If your child is carpool or daycare, they will always be at the back of the school, where our carpool line is. Drop off remains the same, where we will have them line up on the back side of the portable once the bell rings, so we can pick them up safely and bring them in!  I hope that you have all had a good Quest experience so far!
